Addalie turned 2 this past weekend. She is SO MUCH FUN right now!! Always talking....sometimes she has to think really hard to articulate in sentences-which is the cutest thing when her face is all scrunched up in thought. She loves people & is just super sweet to everyone. Some of her favorite things right now are: play dough, dolls, fruit smoothies, going to the bank with daddy, garage sale-
ing w/mommy (often when we get in the car to go somewhere, she asks if we can go garage sale-
ing),
Owie & Mia, bubbles, & Elmo (how did that
happen?)
We didn't have much planned during the day of her actual birthday & Scott was at market, so Adds & I headed to a park to play. I tried to get a few "2 yr. old pictures"---but again it was quite a challenge. She is great practice for me.....she will not look at the camera & she is always running away....but regardless we had fun. Afterwards the 2 of us went out for lunch. I love my girl!

she is growing up so fast. i love the picture of her with the tree in the b/w-it's magical. even though she seems like she is so BIG that picture reflects that she is still your little girl.
Your pictures are beautiful. You and Sara have such a gift with photography!! You can come practice on my kids any time...Trey smiles bigger then his face can hold and Bre refuses to crack under the pressure, no smiles from her! You got to love them.

love the second pic of a with the pumpkin. great shot. i too love taking pics of the kids and trying to get those candid moments, but i hate to tell you, it doesn't get much easier. madelyn still fights the camera and no she has started to say "cheese" (with a frown on her face) when i get my camera out. she is so sick of seeing my camera. she is always like "another picture mommy!"
oh well. i love pics of my kids.

Ang, I would have never known Addalie didnt cooperate for your photo shoot because the pictures are great! I love the one of her walking, looking over her shoulder. and the one with the huge tree.
Love the tree picture you should take her there every year and get a picture with the same tree. It was a beautiful perspective.
