Around here, Fridays are "grandma day" with my mom.
If she is in town she spends a good part of the day with us.
(even when my grandfather was sick & she spent ALL of her time caring for him..she still found parts of her day to stop in at our house.)

It is always such a blessing to me as it falls over the market weekend stretch
where I am on my own with the girls.
My mom has been in FL for the last few weeks
so we were all thankful to have her here again yesterday.
I had a THREE hour long diabetes appt. & it was so nice to know that the girls
were at home taking naps with my mom keeping everything under control.
Not only does she keep everything under control...
(& let me tell you she will be the first to admit that these girls tire her out!)
but she also likes to help me out with things around the house.
Yesterday the girls even got their nails painted!
She is a blessing, blessing blessing!
Especially with all of the doctors appts. that I have on a regular basis!

It truly is a blessing/privilege to be a Grandma to two such precious ones. I enjoy every moment (most every) of it. Thank you for allowing me this privilege...Love

Your Mom is one "super, special lady" She has the knack of getting lots of stuff done but yet has time for fun (at least most times)
