garden

last week we finally got our garden planted.

we have a small garden.

we'd love to have a bigger one someday if we have more land...

but for now scott doesn't want to take more room from our lawn because

that is where volleyball games are played all summer long.

priorities =)

dad, we are still using some of the seeds that you sent us a few years ago. 

(peppers, squash, eggplant)

 garden tea!  one of my favorite things about spring/summer!

we have TONS of rabbits here....

these baskets are one way that i fight them off.

(although i don't have enough of them & the rabbits have gotten a few things.)

after our evening of working outside we made a fire in our fire pit & roasted hot dogs & marshmallows.

the girls are at such a fun age where they get so excited about little things like that!
