Not a good picture, but i couldn't go without posting about softball since we've spent 2-3 nites a week at games since May. Scott plays for our church softball team & somehow he managed to get Doug & Todd on the team even though they don't go to our church. Their season came to a close this week. They lost in play-offs making them the 2nd place team...which is much better than they have done in previous years. This picture was taken after that big loss, & they are still smiling. We have had tons of fun going to the games on beautiful summer evenings & sometimes if we were up to it, even going to the Creamery for ice cream afterwards! & i'm pretty sure it will all happen again next year.

i'm glad they recovered from the loss and are smiling again. they looked pretty heart broken after that last out. i was sad for them.
re: your comment on my blog: we'll have to talk about time frames when it comes to owen & addalie courting. that's hilarious how much she loves him. owen asked if she could take a bath with he & mia tonight. surely scott the nazi-dad would not allow that:) am i right? xo
