My little garden is growing quite nicely. We are starting to "eat out of it"!! One thing that I am not always sure how to use is basil. I use it occasionally in recipes etc. but always have way more in my garden than I need. So I came across this great blog that has step by step directions on how to freeze it & also some good recipes to use the frozen or fresh basil througout the year.
