"Squatty Potty" Update: Squatty Potty is finished and functional but unfortunately there seems to be a drainage problem. The deposits made 3 days ago, still seem to be lingering. On the down side, it's kind of unsightly but on the upside, we only have to visit you once a week and it's only for two hours. On a different note, we look forward to all of you coming home.
Smell you later,
James and Pauline
Yay for the progress! Wonderful pictures again. By the way, we call our Adalie "Ads" too, now and then.
I was away from my computer for a couple of days, so I missed all the pics...
Ang, I could just cry...(the happy kind of tears) for you holding Jyla...
continuing to pray...
So funny....the first thing Bill said was, "Scott! What are you doing??" I think it's funny that all the husbands had the same kind of response to the pictures. :-)
Fabulous progress!! What a joy to see the unfolding of grace and God's blessing.
So glad, too, that you are taking in the culture and making the most of the moment to absorb what you can of China. (China!!!)
Much love and continued prayers,
Cynthia
Hey guys,
Phil and I have thoroughly enjoyed following your journey, thanks for sharing so many pictures and updates on your blog. As I have read I've smiled, cried, prayed and laughed... (Scott when we were in China to visit Phil's parents we didn't go close to holding or eating anything like that squid- seriously, spicy tofu was the extent of Phil's bravery :)
I am soooo thankful and happy that you are able to hold Jyla, Ang! And to see her happy face as she plays and interacts with her sister is priceless!
We continue to lift you up in prayer, and even though our paths don't cross much, know that we love you guys and your girls and care about you a lot!!! Continued blessings along the way~ Jen (and Phil too)
love the one of you and Jyla, Angela. thanks for sharing this trip and experience of adoption.
